Revered Gurudev Anandmurti Gurumaa illuminates our intellect to know deeper about our own body and the forces that governs it. Our body is nothing but a joining of the gross and subtle parts and is inclusive of the five sense organs and 5 motor organs. Also the subtle body is comprised of the mind-intellect unit called antahkaran. The forces that govern each of these are mentioned in the video thus clarifying to us that the apparent body that we deem ourselves to be, are all external concepts. Additionally, the term devata in hindu mythology are not anything alien but symbolical denotations present in this very body.
