What is Stress?
Are you stressed? More often than not the answer to this simple question is in denial and that is where the core problem lies. Non-acceptance makes it grow in leaps and bounds, to the point that it cannot be dealt with easily. Acceptance in itself is a way out of it. And this is possible only when one is well acquainted with what is stress, for this term encapsulates causing factors as well as the adverse effects on body & mind. In this short video, revered master Anandmurti Gurumaa shares some of the symptoms indicating stress and how its denial can drive the person to even end his life.
