Science of Prana
This discourse is about the wonderful mechanics of nature and how each and every process works in a synchronized and meticulous manner. Gurumaaji describes the five main ‘pranas’ in our body and how they work towards keeping the body fit and fine. There is a deep balance between the energy which functions for respiration, digestion circulation, sleep etc. But we are often thoughtless about our actions and create imbalances within our own bodies. A worried mind leads to lack of sleep which in turn disrupts the digestive system,which in turn leads to number of diseases. This is level of intricacy within us and leading a holistic and wholesome life is the way to keep or bring back the balance. This is an eye opener to most of us who have a very cosmopolitan lifestyle of late nights and waking up late, eating junk food erratically and not giving the body enough exercise. It seems every other process in nature is synchronized but for humans who live unaware of these wonders!
