Description
A true master teaches you to master your vigilance as Buddha once said that one who is vigilant will be victorious in the end. The need of the hour is to work sincerely on our own minds. Thoughts are like clouds but ‘You’ synonymous to the sky remains always virgin. This virginity of yours needs to be unearthed to experience happiness and the only way to attain this state of mind is to meditate. Meditation teaches you to be in complete attachment with your own self negating the dictates of your mind. This is where the bliss lies. One changes as a person altogether attaining serenity, calmness and composure as a result of meditation. The discourse holds high value in terms of treading on this path. Anandmurti Gurumaa, an enlightened mystic unfolds the mysteries of the human mind.
Mind is a central control of the sensory objects of the body in which the consciousness is present representing Jiva Atma. Atma is always active. Therefore, mind has to be an active and can not be negated making desireless. But the mind can be dovetailed for the service of the Controller of the Mind, Shri Krishna as He advises to Arjuna in the Bhagavat Gita.
