They are achieving more goals and achievements than boys. Today the latest achievement is made by the India based astronaut “Sunita William” by staying in the space for six months. She is the second Indian astronaut after Kalpna Chawla. At last I want to say that it is the right of the girl child to be given birth and should get the chance to live.

In order to make the above possible “Shakti” needs to start an organization, which would take care of all these needs of females. Which will make them excel in life. Shakti needs to start the following facilities:

• School/college: Where it is a total girls organization, over here students must be taught and graded over the years and they must be employed.
• Employment: An in-house functionality where the studies and creativity of women is used and a salary paying revenue-generating center is started. As salary is paid to women the power will be in their hands and they will not be dependent on their male counterparts. Since it will be revenue generating successful economic unit. Free education can be imparted to girls student in shakti schools and colleges. Also since it will be a successful revenue generator it will stick out in the eyes of the world and the myth of girls being a liability will end.
• Insurance and Planning: The institute must plan finances of women working here in such a way that out of their monthly salary a small amount is deducted for safe-keeping. At the end of 15 to 20 years a good sum is returned to their parents or them. This will change the mindset of parents and they will willingly send their daughters to Shakti.
• Organization must have a base of teachings of Gurumaa and hence will succeed and advertise for itself.

The same mothers will pass out and send their daughters to shakti and the entire cycle will keep repeating for generations to come increasing the girl child ratio and in turn the productiveness of the country.

“Shakti – FEMINIZING POWER”

By feminizing power, I mean for a long time it’s only the males that are believed to have power or the world uses the ‘Power’ word only in relation to males. Well, in that case it’s this organization that is trying to change that false belief. It’s empowering the females to be self-dependent and content, which they have not really been for a long time. As the figures that were shown to us said, female numbers had been decreasing at quite a fast rate. It’s nice to see that people have realized that and that they are working for it. All the best wishes to them and may they achieve their goal. Let power be feminized.

In our country, most fathers force their wives to do abortion whenever a girl is born because they think that girls are liabilities on the earth. The fetus which is inside the woman’s body is killed by machines. Parents think that girls are liabilities for them and boys are earners but their suppositions is wrong because sometimes boys make their parents out of their house. We should work altogether to make the importance of girls in the country. Now a day’s girl is superior to boys. Girls have also right to live and they should not be killed. If we find anyone doing so we should put him to jail and should take a strict action. Now girls are better earning than that of boys and girls have reached in the space like Sunita Williams, which have found many things on space and before some years Kalpana Chawla reached the space but was accidentally killed in space shuttle. The woman takes care of her child in her stomach for nine months but when she knows that she is a girl she kills her. The girls have also right to live they should not be killed. They are Goddess Laxmi of homes and they should not be killed. It is a sin to kill them, so we should make it a point not to kill girls. A slogan is made by poet:

“ Girls are the precious pearls of home if they are killed, then the pearls of the chain are broken.”

The unborn girls are thrown in the wells or in some dirty places. We should not kill them. So ,we should make awareness in all the country through the medium Shakti “THE POWER” to make the girls live.

In my views there should not be difference in boys and girls. Everyone understands girls as boys. But all are not think like this. They make a difference.

They think girls are only for the housework. Girls are ‘Paraya dhan.’ Girls should not be studied, they do not do jobs in the society. People think girls are like weight age on their head. They have to give dowry on girl’s marriage. It is a big expense.

But above is all wrong. Girl can do as a boy. Smt. Indira Gandhi, Kalpana Chawla are the biggest examples. Girl should get studies in schools and colleges. Their study should be in co-educational schools and colleges. They should have given a chance to fulfill their aims. Our society have made trust which would aware about ‘Shakti’ to the people. This can help to increase the ratio of girls. In every class in schools and colleges there should be a lesson of type ‘Shakti.’ With this the students can aware in their small age. With respect to this there should be articles in magazines and newspapers.

If we replace here “Women” in place of “Mother” then I think it will not be wrong. God is creator, he has created this world or we can say that he has given birth to this world and after him he has given the power to birth to women. So, we can also say that the women is “Mini God”.
It is a matter of big shame that in today’s world the people who consider them the educated ones, the very intelligent creatures are doing this shameless task of killing or “Murdering” the “Small,Ttiny,Innocent and Sweet girls”.
I am the second daughter of my parents. I was told that when I was born my Grandmother became very sad because I was a ‘Girl Child’ and they desire to have a Baby Boy. But Later on , she felt so much Attached with me and she said that she Thanked to God that ‘I’ am a Girl.
I live in Ludhiana (Punjab). In my city,Ii know that the girls ratio is very Low.The biggest reason or cause for this low ratio is the biggest disease of “Dowry” which have spread over the city. Now people ask ,First “How much you can Give at your Daughter’s Marriage?”,Tthey don’t look for the Intelligence but for the money which a girl could bring.This reason had made people to think that if they have a Boy Child they can have a lot of Dowry. This Greed for money has made them ‘Devils’.Moreover, the Lack of Knowledge about the Birth system and Lack Of Education has made these Ridiculous things to happen in the society.
We can remove this kind of dirt from our society by making people aware of the knowledge that girls are not Inferior to Boys. In Fact, they are the “Mini God”. So the girls should be respected not to be murdered.
I will certainly make people aware that “Let The Girls Live” and if will see any person trying to abort or feeling sad then i will certainly stop them.

NEED OF SHAKTI: In our society, which is called educated society is still doing foolish work. Parents are murdering their girl child before their birth at the stage of fetus. They are still on that lowest foolish level where boys are assets and girls are liabilities. To over come this type of difference Shakti program is established.

AIM OF SHAKTI: Aim of Shakti is to remove the foolishness of society about urge of boy than girl. Shakti says baby is just baby. Baby does not know whether he is a boy or she is a girl. Shakti program wants to tell the truth that girls are similar to boys even one step advanced.

WHAT SHAKTI DO: Shakti program have very wide concept. They are empowering the girl child by providing them free education named CEAP. In this activity main focus is on girls to develop more confidence, make them earning hand in the family like boys. Shakti providing the education aid up to 12^th to the girls of poor widow, handicapped one means who is really needy.

As today my new friend who met me in Ashram told that girl must be educated. she is the most responsible person for the development of children.

India is facing lot of major problems because of illiteracy. First of all, female foeticide which as today I have seen during class is prevented because of the wrong thinking of the people, which can be changed with education usually see mothers like our maid servant unnecessarily beating their children, not bother to send them to school. She doesn’t provide them proper hygienic things neither she advise them also. I feel pity on them.

It is because she herself is not educated. shakti project with god’s grace may become successful and remove such problems. Many children indulge in wrong activities ,it has major reason because their parents have never stopped them.

Education provides then opportunity to do jobs. In India, girls are given inferior status and they are only prepared to household work. Even they are educated by preparing this in mind that they will get better home.

I think cultural values are right. Girls as a daughter, wife and mother should obey her duty properly but this doesn’t mean she should not be educated rather through education; she can obey these duties well. I pray to god that this project would succeed.
