Every year, kids from all over the world eagerly wait for the special youth meditation camp held in Gurumaa Ashram for the youth of age from 12 to 24 years. Like a mother, teacher and a friend, Gurumaa teaches the little kids the intricacies of the spiritual path in a very easy and simple way. The morning starts with yoga sessions and the day follows with new discoveries, new learnings and new joys of ashram life. These camps provide a strong and healthy foundation to the lives of the future of humanity and leads to ever growing and joyful personalities.
In the youth meditation camps, the young, grooming, little beautiful flowers from all over the world, turns the hot summer in the ashram into a sweet smelling spring and the whole environment is so joyous and energetic, that words can't describe it. The participants get to discover the hidden singers, painters, dancers and artists inside them. And on the top of all, they learn, in these early stages of life, how to tackle with their own mind, how to keep cool in so called tough situations and how to develop harmony among their body, mind, intellect and emotions.
