Youth Meditation Camp in Gurumaa Ashram is a unique programme catering to the all round balanced development of youth. To name a few, from yoga to meditation, goal setting to career counseling, stress busting techniques to budding concentration, restoring and developing creative genius to relaxation techniques, all these activities form part of the Youth Meditation camp.
Gurumaa, though her simple, loving and caring way, coaches the youth the right way of living in a very easy and simple way. The morning starts with yoga sessions and the day follows with new discoveries, new learning's and new joys in the fresh air of ashram. These camps provide a strong and healthy foundation to the lives of the future of humanity and leads to ever growing and joyful personalities.
For the youth of age from 12 to 24 years, to be held from June 25th to 28th, online registration is open on first cum first serve basis. And this summer eagerly invites you to become a strong, powerful, balanced and a constructive Youth.
