I know mere Sadguru, its your kirpa, your greatness that we could become a part of whole world listening to you at one time on sky and it was great anand we had. It is such a nice atmosphere, Gurumaa, your Amrit Varsha programme is coming on various channels and if one finishes, we have opportunity to listen to the other channel. Thank you, thank you, my Sadguru.

Gurumaa, I learnt from you that we should be careful when we make wishes. I have been practicing it from 9-10 years and I am glad with your kirpa that I dont have those worldly wishes now but what about those wishes we have done in the past when we were not aware of this.

Gurudev, I just want to know.Mere Sadguru, It's been 40 days today, I have been doing meditation with your 'Oorja' CD and the results are amazing. I had a regular migraine since 4-5 years but I am really happy now that I haven't had it since I have been
doing this Dhyaan. I am totally changed. I have so much deep peace inside me that any conflict does not bother me now.

Mera aap ko Barambaar Pranaam. Aap ki kirpa ke balihari jaoon. O, Daata, O Sadguru, you gave us more than we deserve, I will try my best to be able to hold it with your kirpa.

Gurumaa’s nishkriya meditation is an amazing stress releasing technique. I practice it daily for 45 minutes. I feel a tremendous improvement in my grasping power. It relaxes me whenever and wherever I want.

My life was very disoriented till I discovered oorja meditation.
I suffered from lack of motivation. Nothing motivated me in my life and the zeal to even carry out my daily activities was slowly dampening. In Oorja meditation one has to breathe very actively. Initially I found it very unusual but as I kept on practicing it I found that my depression was disappearing. I felt very enthusiastic. I feel it is a must for all those teenagers who are going through low phase of life.

I discovered a new way to life through Shiv Namokar. I really enjoy being part of Gurumaa’s shivnamokar meditation. I also keep on listening it while I am traveling. The release of dynamic energy from these meditations, especially the ancient chants on Lord Mahadeva give me ‘out of the world’ experience. I feel immense bliss and I enjoy my workplace so much as constantly I am getting the positive energy from inside. I stay happy and my calmness also makes my employee feel at ease with me.

For the very first time when I entered into Oorja meditation under the presence of her holiness Anandmurti Gurumaa, I felt tremendous energy generating within my body. I was going through catharsis. It was like an act of cleansing my mind and body of all toxins. I was profusely weeping. My mind was under a dilemma, but something inside me was settling down. I was discovering a tension free way of life although my professional challenges are full of tensions.
I use to feel exhausted and tired earlier, after I started to meditate the energy level of my mind and body has increased tremendously. Through meditation I am discovering a great new source of freshness. Sometimes due to late evening office compulsion when I am unable to sit for meditation in the morning I feel tired, exhausted and dull. It is an energy booster for me. Meditation not only keeps my body fit but also keeps my mind away from tension. Also I use to take non-veg food and alcohol, after I started to meditate, my body does not require these two unwanted elements anymore and how I turned into a non-alcoholic and vegetarian person I do not remember.

Meditation is an antidote that takes away all my tensions. The experience of meditation itself is so fulfilling that I effortlessly glide into a peaceful state of mind.
I am no more in hurry to carry out any work related task rather this hurry has been replaced by smoothness and discipline. This inner discipline that I have experienced through meditation has added a new dimension to my life. I feel so balanced. Previously I use to eat a lot but now I derive great satisfaction from food given in right quantity. There is no urge to eat heavily. Mediation has made even my smallest of gestures beautiful.
Meditation has brought me closer to nature. I enjoy cool breeze of morning, chirping of birds. I have also become very sensitive to music. Everything seems so well placed, there is no fuss any more. I use to be quite loose tempered but now from inside a repeated thought comes, what’s the point to be aggressive. I have not made any efforts to reduce this aggression. I have rather seen it going away through meditation. Health wise also I have observed tremendous benefits. My blood pressure is under control and at last it is a sound sleep, away from all tensions that I get.
