Who or what is God?

Almost all scriptures of the world say that we lived with God once upon a time but got separated from him and now we need to meditate to become one with him again.

Gurumaaji makes it clear to us time and again that God is not an individual or a person with whom we lived before and we need to get back to him. When we set out on the path divine, it is a good way for us to refer to God as father or mother and express our love and devotion, but in the ultimate reality, God is neither male or female nor an object.

God is the sum totality of existence itself and just like a drop of water can never be separated from water itself, we can never be separated from God! We exist as part and parcel of God who is the omnipresent all pervading conscious existence. But since we do not realize our true identity, God is still a secret for us which needs to be explored and revealed.

“Sadhna” or the path of seeking is therefore necessary to prepare oneself to unlock the secret called ‘GOD’
