How to come out of Social Phobia?

Q: I am suffering from social phobia for last 8 years. I am frightened to speak to people, whether known to me or not. For past years, it has been much tensed time. I am fed up with attitude of mine. Please guide, if miracles exist please cure me.

A: I don’t know about miracles but I can suggest you three things which you may use. Miracles don’t happen, we create the miracles. If you follow what I suggest, may be you can create this miracle by yourself.

Number one, stand in front of the mirror and sing something, or say something. Just speak up to yourself seeing your own reflection. In seeing your own reflection, there would be two. One, it’s you and other is your reflection. Reflection becomes the other person and you talk to this other person. Whatever you have in your mind, or whatever you are feeling, or whatever you are experiencing, may be for your day to day life or your thoughts or if you are hurt, or you were happy for something or you were sad for something or you were upset for anything; just say it and keep on saying it.

Two, learn yogic asana, Surya Namaskara, Sarvang Asana, Matsya Asana, Bhujang Asana, Ushtar Asana and practise it every day for at least one and half hour. The most important asana which have to do every day is Singh Garjana.

Three, learn to do Yog Nidra. It will really help you to reformat your subconscious and bring confidence in you.

If you follow these three things, I am sure Vinod, you will create this miracle for yourself.
