Pray for Enlightenment

How should a seeker approach an enlightened Master? Very often people go to a Guru to fulfill mundane desires like cure from a disease or begetting a child. This is very much like asking for pebbles from an emperor who can give you a diamond!

Approach the Guru with only one prayer, the prayer of enlightenment!

If at all we wish to ask anything from the awakened one, we should seek nothing but guidance and grace so that we may light the lamp of divine knowledge within our hearts , so that we may become enlightened too.

In this video Gurumaaji sings praise of the limitless one, the truth which cannot be described by words. A Master is a door to that limitless treasure; let us seek that door of enlightenment and not be foolish go to a Guru with any other silly objective in mind.
