Is it possible to know our past life?

Q : Is it really possible that one can know his or her past life? What he or she was in the past life? If yes, then what is the practical method for it?

A : My question back to you Abhimanyu, why do you want to look back in your past life? If you really wish to seek about your “self” I think that you can have a good look at your present life. I think the body changes in incarnation but the mind doesn’t change.

So, if you have a stupid mind then it would be same even in the past life. If you have a good brilliant mind then it would be same in the past. There is no use of looking back to know what you did and where you did and why you did. It is better to understand how to live now, in this moment and make best of the life which you have been gifted by the Lord.
