Solution for insomnia revealed!
Q: I am Meena Jhunthra from Mumbai. I am 45 years old and my problem is sleeplessness. I have done japa, sadhana, and yoga nidra, which is taught in the ashram. I have tried them at home as well. Please guide me towards the correct way of solving my problem.
A: Meena, if you have correctly practiced all that is offered at the ashram, then I don’t have anything else to say to you. You may need medical help, because if you have understood and practiced properly, you should have already seen some benefits. However, if japa, sadhana, and yoga nidra are not helping you, I can give you two options. 1.) Come and see me at the ashram, and 2.) See a psychiatrist to find out the medical reason for your sleeplessness. There are laboratories that conduct sleep diagnosis tests. I am not saying that you definitely have a sleep disorder, but there is a possibility, so it is important to seek medical advice.
If there isn’t a severe problem in your sleep pattern, then the methods which you are already practicing are what I would recommend. However, I doubt that you have practiced these methods with utmost sincerity. I assure you, if you learn and consistently practice the yoga sequence which I teach at the ashram in the morning and evening, and complete yoga nidra every afternoon, I can bet you a million dollars that you will be snoring like a donkey.
