Que. What is the meaning of Karmayoga?
Ans. Real Karmayoga can’t be practiced by an ignoramus person. Until and unless one has not explored his mind, intellect and senses, he can’t familiarize himself with such an elevated practice. For a layman, atma, brahman, paramatma are just imaginary words; not an experiential reality. Just like hunger is not gratified by hypothetically thinking about food, how one can practice Karmayoga when one can’t even visualise atma or brahman. Mind is a multifaceted enigma and until and unless it is cleared off with sourness of anger, greed and lust, it is incompetent of experiencing Karmayoga. So to reach at the pinnacle of Karmayoga, certain preparations are essentially required.
Que. When I sit for meditation, I enjoy a lot. But when I involve myself in other daily routine activities I lose that enjoyment what should I do?
Ans. Meditation is not a deed, but certainly there are certain preparations that can lead you to be in a state of meditation. Similarly, meditation can’t be taught but the state of meditation can be experienced. After certain preparation and methodologies, when one sits for meditation with closed eyes and senses are withdrawal, one may experience a drop of divine nectar within.
Actions are mandatory because without any endevour, nothing can be attained. It comes with long arduous practice to reach such a state. Moreover, dispassion is the key to remain in the blissfulness. With dispassion, the mind becomes pure & refined and pristine like a mirror.
