Ud Jayega Hans Akela | Kabir Bhajan
Kabir’s cryptic words convey higher wisdom when deciphered by the master. Ud Jayega Hans Akela has been penned by Kabir Sahib and extensively elaborated as well as sung by revered master Anandmurti Gurumaa in this featured video. It begins with the illuminating meaning wherein prana has been likened to a bird that would fly away from the cage of this body at the time of death. Just as a swan never lets the drops of water stay on its wings despite of being in the water body, so is our reality as at the time of death none of our attachments or clinging can bound us to stay in the world. But then the string of vasanas brings us back in the cycle of birth and death. Yet again swan flies away when the moment of departure arrives. This is just the beginning of these verses and there’s so much more in it that unravels the journey in a mystical way.
