I am Not Body
In a special session near the banks of holy river Ganges, a meditator asked Gurumaa,”In Yesterday’s morning meditation, in the second stage something unusual happpened. My breath stopped. And for sometime I was absolutely not aware that breath is not happening. Then a thought came that I am not the body, so I can be without the breath and there is no need to fear. After some time the breath started of its own. What was that?”
