I am not able to sleep for the last three years…
Q: I am 24 yrs old unmarried girl. I am unable to take sound sleep since last 3 years. I don’t think too much even. I m feeling very helpless maa. Please guide me. Please help me to recover maa… Can I come to your ashram and learn some ways?
A: Shrutika, yes definitely please do come here and will teach you something. Some certain ways which can bring your sound sleep back to you. It is not a big problem.
