Har Har Om | Vedanta Bhajan
Giving ecstatic expression to the exalted state of a true yogi is this mesmerising bhajan sung by Anandmurti Gurumaa. It celebrates the journey of a yogi, how having transcended the bondages of mind and body, he enjoys dwelling in solitude, reveling in the glory of mother nature. Of sweet disposition, dispassionate, balanced and in full control of mind, body and senses, he is ever-immersed in bliss, totally unperturbed, in equipoise. He has only one aim, which is to become one with the infinite, and it is in this quest for the divine he willingly relinquishes everything. Ready to do whatever it takes just for a glimpse of the beloved, with commitment, love and devotion he walks the spiritual path. The interplay of opposites, good-bad, happiness-sorrow, pain-pleasure do not affect him in the least and he walks unfettered, freed of the burden of ego. Having attained the treasure of Truth, his being is as vast and unencumbered as the sky. It has been drawn from the discourse series held in Kolkata, January 2014.
