How to come out of fear?

Q: I have the problem of fear. Whatever I do, I fear and I can’t do. All the negative thoughts come in my mind and mind gets unstable. Please suggest something.

A: For your fear Santosh, I would suggest one thing that you really need to encounter this fear. Why do you have this fear? Why do you feel this weak that you are scared of facing people?

Regarding negative thoughts and instability of mind, it would remain as it is, until and unless you do something about it. Best thing you can do is listening. Listening will really empower you and second thing you can do is, get my meditation album Urja and Yoga Nidra. In combination of these two methods i.e. Urja in the morning empty stomach and Yoga Nidra at any time of the day, when you are not exhausted and when you have not taken a heavy meal. You can do Yoga Nidra at any time of the day and night.

Do this and then let me know, it helps you or not. As such from my experience, it will really help you.
