Present moment is Paradise

“Whenever there is a pain in your heart, take a breath, do it now, were you breathing before or I asked u to take a breath” The discourse starts with striking words that releases the pain in all. Laying stress on living in this moment, Gurumaa explains that life has to be lived consciously.
And it has to be understood very clearly that each pain comes with a reason. On introspection, we will only find that our unfulfilled desires, our unfulfilled expectation or very our own ego were the only responsible reasons for this pain. Laying importance on staying calm, Gurumaa guides all to the fact that whether moments of happiness or sadness, the idea is to stay calm as both happiness and sadness come for a specific duration and will not last long.
Enlightening further, Gurumaa explains that every fleeting moment has to be given a respectable departure.” Being conscious of the self, being aware of our being and living every moment is the key to kill the mind. Gurumaa further elucidates that past is gone and future is uncertain and if we miss this present moment, the now, we miss the whole life.
