How can I get relief from disc prolapse & spondylitis?
Q: I am having disc prolapse & spondylitis due to which I am suffering from intense pain in my spinal cord & head. I am having medical treatment for it. Is there any way, out of spirituality, where I can get rid of this pain or at least forget it for sometime?
A: Well, dear Nidhi, for disc prolapse & spondolytis what you need is keen observing eye of a Yoga Acharya. If you can learn asanas like sukhsham vyayam – Grade II i.e. a series of exercises in which all thirty six joints of our body are rotated, are moved with the breath. And you need to learn Makar Asana, Bhujang Bsana, Ushtar Asana in which the spinal twists are done.
So there is a series of asanas which can really help you in your disc prolapse & spondolytis. Dhanur Asana is one of the asana which will help you in your neck area & in your disc area also. But really, word of precaution is to be administrated, also here you need good person who understands the anatomy of body and then only very watchfully you do these asanas.
