We often see children being born as well as people dying in front of our eyes and are left wondering what is birth and death?

Death is also one of our biggest fears, for we feel we will loose everything that we have and are clueless of what happens after that.

In this profound and insightful video, Gurumaaji strikes this very fear of ours and calls it nothing but an illusion.

There is neither birth nor death, only change of forms. So the body is born in the form of a baby grows into an adult and one day becomes old and dies. But we are not the bodies we wear! We have falsely identifies ourselves with the body and no wonder we fear losing it.

So if we are not the body , who are we? Are we the mind, the intellect or the one who witnesses all this change?

This is a question each one of us has to seek an answer to. Gurumaaji says that this body, the mind and senses are all tools for us to find out who we are. If we realize that we are just an observer and death cannot even touch us, then there is nofear, no birth or death. There is only a play of atoms and change of forms. We also know this from from studying laws of physics! Energy can neither be created, nor destroyed. It only changes from one form to another. The processes of birth and death are nothing but the interplay of atoms which are in turn changes in forms of energy.

So rejoice with this body while it is there and grow out of the fear of death by knowing you truly are!
