How to deal with Aggression ?
In this video Gurumaaji shows us a beautiful way to deal with aggression and anger hidden within us. We often get angry when someone stops us from doing what we want to do , be they parents, elders or friends. How do we deal with these emotions? The best way to deal with aggression and anger is to continue sadhana, practice asanas & pranayama with renewed vigor. We may not succeed if we try to fight back the negativities within us, but we can certainly raise ourselves higher and become more divine. Negativities will then disappear automatically!
