In cases whereby a visitor visits to shop or participates in any of the contests, he/she is to register him/herself which will bring him in position whereby he/she agrees with terms and conditions set out on this page . Return and Refund Policy
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Gurumaa.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or post it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
Damaged Product Replacement Policy
If an item ordered by you on Gurumaa.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us. We will have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost. Post that we will ship out the replacement item to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Gurumaa.com is not responsible for in case if any visitor rests his decision on the basis of the content displayed under gurumaa.com and declares that the content may not be taken as an advice. Gurumaa.com may lead to further links thus declaring the deal, or any transaction, interaction done with leaving the gurumaa.com with the other site, is not the responsibility of the gurumaa.com.
Force Majeure
Gurumaa.com shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.
Indian Law
The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Delhi/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
