A Leap beyond Boundaries of the Mind with Passive Meditation! Nishkriya Dhyan is a very peaceful and passive form of meditation, yet one which is powerful and relieves all stress and strain. In the course of this meditation , Gurumaaji guides a seeker to experience the tranquility and calm of Buddha by standing apart from the body but passively watching each an every part of it as a silent onlooker. The sounds of flowing water and chirping birds in the backdrop create a natural atmosphere, wherin a seeker can experience meditation by a lake or forest while sitting in the confines of his/her home. The meditation begins with a prayer invoking divine power and sincerity of purpose, followed by the actual process of meditation and ending in gratitude which overflows naturally from the experience of bliss and peace that this meditation bestows upon a seeker!
