Description

hello, this is a nice meditation, but i didnt understand something, should we exhale from mouth till the end of the meditation? or just at the beginning? and is says, at the beginning, "watch your breath for 5-6 minutes.. " but there is no gap , silence there.. is it a false of cd or what am i supposed to do?
