certainly, all methods have their own unique flavour. oroja works very well with me. that pinnacle point when the rigorous movements come to a stand still is too awe inspiring.

Thats great!
My all time favorite is Orja ... for today's stressed out human beings ..
it feels like a total release of energy which washes away all toxins and negative emotions |

| although all meditations have their own flavour, but still at this point my favorite meditation is vippassana and tratak meditation on the flame and on the picture of Gurumaa.... these two i like the most and love doing them for as long as possible......... and we progress the most in the meditation that we love doing and are most comfortable in.... |
