Answer Number one, everything is inside our body, I have said this, but the question is, have my listeners inclusive of yourself understood and experienced this? If you haven't, then going to the temple can be a beautiful ritual, where you visit the temple with pure feelings, sit in a corner at times and try to well up the beautiful emotions pertaining to the temple and the sacrosanct Godliness.
And I hope that the temple where you go has a lot of quietude. Normally the temples are noisy and jam packed with the people and this destroys the real utility of the temple. So may be, you should pick up a time when there are no thronging crowds of people. When it is quiet then the temple is better place to sit and feel the vibrations, to have good positive and beautiful emotions, praying in those moments can be wonderful.
And may be by doing this gradually you will begin to glide deeper into wisdom and gyan. with dhayan and meditation, you would reveal to yourself that every thing is within you. Why can't we see that divine light? Well you have to have eyes to see the divine light and if you are blind, how can you see it?
