I am facing problem doing trataka meditation. Please guide.
Q : For trataka, I cannot light a candle in my apartment at school. Gurumaa had suggested drawing a black circle and a red circle inside the black on a white paper. How big does the black and red circle have to be? Please advice. Thank you.

Answer Not bigger that I would say 2 inches, that would be enough. That is enough for your eyes to make a clear focus on it. And since you say you can’t use a candle, as maybe your fellow mates won’t be able to understand what you are doing. I will make it more simpler; use a flower, a natural flower or a plastic flower or use any one spot which is within your eye range, just focus your vision on that. Even that would help, but if you can use this dot that would be much better.
