Can trataka improve eye sight?

Q : I am having specs of -2.5 & I want to remove it. Can tratak help to cure eye?

Answer No, sorry trataka won’t help. There are some gurus who are boasting and saying this, but it is not going to happen like that. To remove the specs, although your number isn’t too big and pretty manageable, a long process of yoga asanas, jal neti, sutra neti, and also trataka is required. Then maybe in three to four years there is a possibility—I’m not saying it will—give you enough strength to let of specs. But as such, I think specs look nice on people sometimes! Gurumaa
