I have a question about the Sanklap that is to be done in the Yog Nidra. Do I need to repeat the same Sankalp every time while doing Yog Nidra or different Sankalps can be made in each Yog Nidra session. If I repeat the same Sankalp, do I disturb the maturation of the Sankalp?
