Whenever I sit in meditation there is continuous movement of my head from side to side. I have heard it is due to Kundalini Jagran but will this continue forever. When will I go into deeper stages of meditation? Also, when I meditate in the morning I get a feeling that I am in deep sleep. There is nothing, not even me, so if this thought is coming ...
