I am 45 years old and my problem is sleeplessness. I have done japa, sadhana, and yoga nidra, which is taught in the ashram. I have tried them at home as well. Please guide me towards the correct way of solving my problem.
How can I stop the ever going on unwanted and unnecessary conversation in mind about past, present and future? That is causing 24 x 7 sleeplessness. And very often I have to be on sedative medications to recover from the effects of 3-4 days of unsound sleep.
