I am a beginner in the field of meditation. Whenever I sit for meditation, my mind never relaxes itself from thinking. Even while sitting quiet it keeps on thinking. It happens to be quieter in an introspection of what has happened? Where do I go wrong? But if meditation means doing nothing, not even thinking, then what should I do?
After receiving Diksha, I have little dilemma whether I should worship; Shiva, Krishna, Ram, Hanuman because as for now I just do the Guru mantra. Can I worship the lords whom I use to worship earlier?
Some times I like to watch the moon at the night, flowers, birds and animals. I feel like playing with them but I don't have enough time to spare for myself. But watching the natural beauty makes we feel melted and I wish to see the Lord in them. I feel like some thing is saying “I want to be near God.”
