In a shivir, you had said that those who have a breath count of more than 14 per minute are of really wavering & wandering mental state. I too feel wandering all the time! Please help me as I want to go beyond this state. My breath count is 30/ per minute.

Respected Gurumaa Ji,
I had joined Dhyan Shivir at Gannaur Ashram. Since that time, I am doing Sakriya Dhyan daily. I like it very much but fear whether in long term it is harmful or not because in this dhyan we exhale breath forcefully.
Please guide me.
