How to stop the energy moving in the head while meditating?
Q : Gurumaa when I start to sit in dhyana, something starts moving in my head and starts bothering me. Gurumaa, please tell me how can I get away from this moving thing. I am stuck with it for seven years. I will be very thankful to you.

Balbir Singh, you need not thank me at all and one thing which you can do, can you please learn to do surya namaskara, sarvangasana, can you learn makarasana, paschimottanasana & also nadi shodhana everyday? Once you do this, your body would be fitter and then when you will sit, your energy would be already consumed with all these asanas, energy would be balanced and you won’t have this feeling which is coming to your head.
Also make sure that your stomach is clean, no constipation, no gas in your stomach. So drink lots of water, 10 to 12 glasses everyday and maybe stop consumption of milk for some time and use lot of hot water in drinking. Watch your diet because when stomach is upset even that can give rise to this feeling which is coming in your head.
Be good to your body, watch the diet, be regular. This thing would get settled very soon and if you still have it, maybe come to see me in the ashram. I will help you to settle this problem.
