Should marriage be reason for a woman to leave her job?

Q : Pranaam Gurumaa, I want to ask a question that my marriage has been settled and the boy is doing the government job. I am also doing the job in a private institute. He told me that I will have to leave the job. Then, he will do the marriage. But, I 'm not on agreement to this proposal. Please suggest me. I am 32 years old.

Why you are writing your age that you are 32? Is it just because that you are scared that you are 32 & not yet married and now you have a proposal but the person is putting a condition on you? I am not going to comment on this, I am not going to comment, this is your life you do what ever you think is right. I can only give one opinion, it is not my answer it is just my opinion that every woman should be economically self independent. She shouldn’t be dependent on anyone, husband or no husband, marriage or no marriage a woman should be independent.
