How to get divine vibrations for the child to come?
Q : I am in the sixth month of my pregnancy. I had started doing Ramras dhyana in my first month. After that I had some conceiving problem and doctor prescribed me bed rest for me. Now I feel better and want to do regular dhyan. But when I sit for it, I cannot sit for one hour or more and doing incomplete dhyan makes me restless for the whole day. Pujaniya gurudev, please guide me about which dhyan is suitable for me and can I do yognidra?. In which way would it affect my would be child?.

Answer Shalini, yes you can do Yoga Nidra everyday & you can also do Ramras while lying down, you don’t have to sit. Ramras is more of a kirtan which you do joyfully and where you let go of your mind and you allow the sound vibrations to work beautifully on you. So do Ramras in a lying position, that’s fine and also may be do some mantra japa and I would suggest, do Mahamrityunjaya mantra and just sing along and chant along and the rest of your pregnancy would pass safely.
