Facing sever problems while doing mantra japa…
Q : I do a lot of Mantras which I get from various web sites and when I do the mantras I feel that a dirty and an ugly woman comes outside from me and she screams. I was quite afraid but I did not care much about that and I slept well at night. But when I concentrate a lot on my mantras, sometimes I can't hold my body still, it keeps on shaking. I feel that something is piercing into my head. I want to cry out loudly and I feel as if something is coming out from me. Please Help me.

Yashwani, it is very much possible that all the suppressed emotions, all the feelings lying deep in your sub conscious begin to arise when you do the Mantra Japa and this is the reason for your emotional outbursts and your feeling like to cry.
The shaking of your body and the piercing feeling in your head are all related with your weak nervous system. Nerves are the psychological paths in human body and which are also called the astral paths. There are more than 2.50 lakh such nerves in our body, which are called “Nadis”. Nadi means the flow and all these Nadis need to be purified. This purification of nadis is possible through the Yoga Asansa.
After the purification, our body is ready for rise of the energy through Mantra or Dharna or Dhyan and then our body is able to take the load of these awakened energy. You really need to learn Yoga Asana. Once you do that, all these feelings will go away and your japa will become wonderful.
