Can one know about his past life!

Q : Is it really possible to know one’s past life? Can we know what one was in the past life? If yes then what is the practical method for it?

My question to you, Abhimanyu, is, why do you want to look back into your past life? If you really seek to know about your self, then, I think that you need to have a good look at your present life. The body changes in different incarnations but the mind doesn't change.

So if you have a stupid mind then it would have been the same even in the past life. If you have a good brilliant mind then it would have been the same in the past as well. There is no use of looking back and of knowing about what you did and where you did and why you did. It is better to understand how to live now in this moment and make the best of the life gifted to you by Lord.
