Find it difficult to do mantra jaap with breath!

Q : While doing mantra jap with breath, usually I get tired and wish to stop doing after one or two minute. Why does it happen to me? This time in Rishi Amrit, someone has told about his experience of mantra jap and it has got me more worried about my situation. Please give me right direction.

Aditi, for now don’t do it with your breath, just hum the mantra, sing your mantra, gently repeat your mantra, keep your focus right here in your forehead, keep like a dot I am wearing today, the tilak. Similarly, you can place a Chandan Tilak and this will help you to concentrate on the mid eyebrow. Do the jap not with your breath but for now, do it verbally.
