How to detach oneself from creepy and scary thoughts?
Q : Gurumaa, When I pray, physically (chanting) I am praying but mentally I have the creepiest thoughts ever. I know that is not right. The more I try to detach myself, the more I get attached to things and people. I know that is not the right way. How can I get to a point where I do not get creepy and scary thoughts? Please help.

Tinu, you need to understand that the mind is filled with all kinds of good and bad elements and when you are doing your so-called chanting in a way, it gives a green signal to your mind - well, this is time to have a play, so the mind is doing that. Do not do chanting for now, for sometime. If possible, learn kunjal kriya and do urja meditation. These two things would help.
