How we take re-birth by this body process if we are not a body?
Q : Respected Gurumaa, I want to know that what is re-birth ? I have been watching your videos regarding this, you say that we are the atma (conciousness). We die when our atma leaves the body, but on the other hand you also said that when we die our body gets dissolved back in the soil, water etc & then we become a seed which then becomes a fruit which is eaten by someone and so on. So I am just confused about how we take re-birth by this body process, if we are not a body. And where does the atma go?

What you are giving me in the question is just representing that how much half baked information you have with you and you might think that you know what atman is or what body is but as per my understanding, you are still way-way behind that real understanding.Gurumaa
