How do Karmas of a man decide his destiny?

Q : It is said that God does everything in the world. Whatever man does, it is done by God's will. Then how do Karmas of a man decide his destiny when those Karmas are not even done by the man but are done by God himself.

Answer Ok Richa, God did the Karma through the man and then God got punished through God, then who are you? God did the Karma through man, God made the man do the bad and the good deeds, ok accepted. Then God made you suffer for the bad deeds or made you happy for your good deeds. In this case, who are you and where is the question? Either you say that we did the bad Karmas and then ask that why do we do the bad Karmas? But you are not saying this, instead you are saying that God is doing the bad Karma through us because everything is happening through God, then why are we being punished? My question to you is, who are you? Are you God or are you a man? If you are a human then you are just a puppet in hands of God and God is doing the things through you and God is the one who is going to punish you and God is the one who is going to experience that punishment also, because God is doing everything.
