Q : In Shri Guru Granth Sahib it has been dictated forcefully to believe only on Guru and Gurbani, means Gurbani in itself is the real Guru. I get very confused when you say that physical Guru is essential in order to realize God.
Please clarify my vision.

Answer Number one Ashwani, this edition is not a part of Shri Guru Granth Sahib. Many people don't know about this. All the 1430 pages of Shri Guru Granth Sahib don’t contain even a single verse stating that you should believe in Guru Granth Sahib as a guru.
The Doha which is sung in Gurudwara "Guru Manyo Granth" was added later on.
But as such, it is not a part of the holy verses. Granth Sahib is worshiped and taken to be as a Shabad Guru and indeed it is Shabad Guru.
But my opinion is that how can a blind person see the Sun, how can a deaf person hear and understand the Shabad? You need a doctor who can perform a surgery on your ears to enable you to have the ability to listen. Similarly, to understand beautiful verses of Guru Granth Sahib you need to have the vision and the right mind set.
Until and unless there is someone to guide you, you can never ever get the true essence of the verses. You can be very happy to believe that Guru Granth Sahib is the Guru and you may never ever go to any Sage or Saint.
There can be hundred varied words of addressing me. I have no problem if some one doesn't call me a Guru.
Come to me to learn how to enhance the capacity of being a good person. I am more than happy to help that person. I am in no rush and I am in no need that people should accept me as Guru. I am there to help and if you can take that help, it will be good for you.
