Answer
The word ‘Chetna’ means ‘consciousness’ and the word ‘Urja‘ means ‘energy’. Energy is of various types beginning from mechanical, chemical and moving all the way to biological. But when we say Chetna, then it definitely means the consciousness.
Consciousness is variant and very opposite to the energy. We can say even at the level of consciousness there are several levels where people find mostly oscillating from consciousness to sub consciousness to unconsciousness.
When you are awake, you are in conscious state, when you are sleeping you are facing your subconscious and when you are in deep sleep you are in a semi unconscious state. But you have no idea, you have no information, you have no experience about your super consciousness.
So even at the level of consciousness there are various levels but when we say energy then energy is something which is related to matter and is related to cells, neurons, particles. But when we say consciousness it has a deeper meaning.
