Facing difficulties while practicing Urja Dhyana!

Q : When I do Urja dhyana, my stomach hurts and I stop doing it and then start again. How should I fix this?

Amardeep Goswal

Answer

Amardeep, this indicates that you have never ever used your stomach muscles and may be it is only in Urja dhyana that you are finally using them. We have so many muscles about which we have no idea, no information, and we even never use those particular muscles area.

Sometimes when you are doing Urja dhyana, in this particular method, as you will be throwing the breath out with power and stomach muscles are moving in and out, this diaphragmy movement sometimes can be little sensitive on stomach. You just go slow, do it very easy and don’t go into the third stage; just stay up to the stage two, even if the CD is playing, you just stick to the part one alone and not move on to the stage two and stage three.

The stage three is the bombastic breathing stage, just six minutes of zeal challenge for the healthiest person; even they go out of breath, their stomach hurts, their bodies are so weak. And those last six minutes are the most crucial one and most of the people can’t even reach up to that stage but we need to use lot of patience and do our practice diligently, and as your body gets attuned into this kind of forceful exhalation your stomach will not hurt. Don’t worry too much!
