Why I feel joyous on hearing about the blessings of God?

Q : Respected Gurumaa, Charan Vandana. Gurumaa, whenever I hear about God, like when people talk about his blessings & the things he has done for them, I do not know why I feel very proud inside me & my eyes get misty. Whenever somebody praises him, I always have a kind of joy in my heart & I feel like crying at that moment. I control myself with great difficulty. Please guide me through this. I shall be thankful to you.

I do not know what you really wish to know. But if you are finding that this melts you, then why are you scared to become melted, why do you wish to change that? You need to understand some scenarios in the path of the devotion. It makes you more humble, it makes you more egoless, not emotional but it makes you more soft-hearted. So, one should be enjoying this, not complaining.
