Why is it difficult to visualize something with closed eyes? When I sit to do visualization of a flame with closed eyes, no matter how earnestly I try. It doesn't happen and thus I get frustrated.
Earlier, I used to have a new experience in every session of meditation. But now nothing is happening. I just sit in a routine. Why have all the experiences stopped?
Whenever I sit in meditation there is continuous movement of my head from side to side. I have heard it is due to Kundalini Jagran but will this continue forever.
