Can sakriya meditation be practiced for long?
Q : Respected Gurumaa Ji,
I had joined Dhyan Shivir at Gannaur Ashram. Since that time, I am doing Sakriya Dhyan daily. I like it very much but fear whether in long term it is harmful or not because in this dhyan we exhale breath forcefully.
Please guide me.

Dear Narinder, if you don’t have high blood pressure then it is not harmful. If you have high blood pressure then don’t go to the stage three - the fastest breathing, and you will be fine.
Do add nishkriya dhyaan with it. It will help more.
