Parapsychic experiences of meditation and mantra chanting

I seek your blessings in my spiritual journey. Some experiences occur and I fail to have an explanation to it. I seek your guidance. Please oblige.
1. During my sleep, many a times, I see blinding light emerging from no where, so much is the intensity that sometimes it wakes me up. Then it vanishes.
2. The centre of my palm and the sole has become very sensitive, as soon as I rub it[which happens automatically at times], the chanting of mantra springs from within.

Answer Dear Kalpna, it is ok to experience this. Learn breathing techniques from a good yoga expert or come to me in a shivir. As such, don't worry. It is a blessing in its own way. Enjoy the chants and relish the energies.
